Create your own DIY fun run
An alternative to joining an organised event is to Do It Yourself and design your own personal activity and goals.
Personal fitness challenge – set a goal to run, swim or cycle a set distance. Or you might create a daily steps target on your fitness app over a month.
Unique challenge – other fundraising activities might include using your craft skills or favourite hobby to raise awareness for CDH. Set a photography challenge and post 30 pics with a yellow theme on your socials, or knit 30 yellow scarves or beanies in a month!
